Understanding Your Shipment Status

Every shipment moves through a series of standard milestones. Below is a guide to what each status means so you always know what stage your cargo has reached.

• Booking Confirmed — your space and container are reserved.
• Gate In — container has arrived at the origin terminal.
• Loaded on Vessel — container is on board and secured.
• In Transit — vessel is sailing toward destination.
• Arrived at Port — vessel has reached the destination terminal.
• Customs Clearance — shipment is being processed by customs.
• Delivered — cargo has reached the consignee.

Can't Find Your Shipment?

Tracking numbers follow the format SLGL####### and can be found on your bill of lading, booking confirmation email, or invoice. If your shipment was booked less than 24 hours ago, tracking data may take a little time to appear.
